E.I.C. Co. Inc Horseman Doll USA

this is a 17' doll with a C circled on it as a marking along with the E.I.C. Co Inc but the clothes had a Horseman Doll USA tag on them as well. Can anyone tell me anything about this doll? Year? Worth? Etc... it is all compositite i believe, in need of some repairs, cracks in arms legs, mouth
