Need ID of 22" doll

We have recently inherited a 22" all-comp., unmarked doll probably from the 1920's. She has brown hair and eyes and original clothing including a long dress and slip, socks, straw hat, and shoes with ties. I have not been able to find one that resembles her in reference books. Photos are available. She needs some repair.
