WWII Comp Doll

I have a doll that its head is of composition with google eyes, painted face that somewhat resembles a kewpie and painted yellow hair. He has a cloth body made of a green camoflage pattern and a one-piece outfit made from the same material. The date and maker stamped on the back of his head are hard to read. I beleive the date says 1943. I can make out the first four letters of the maker as MART. They are all capitolized. The next few letters I cannot quite make out. Can anyone help me with identifying this doll? Thanks.
