Deanna Durbin 14" - trying to identify

I found a 14 inch Deanna Durbin doll that I believe to be part of the American Series. When I purchased her the lady selling her said she was Miss America. She has on a dress that is red, white and blue stripes and in the blue stripes are white stars. She also has 3 feathers in her hair that are red, white and blue. I desperately want to identify her - I purchased her with a Madame Alexander WAVE doll. I collect MAs and they were a package deal. May be looking to sell the Ideal Deanna if I can identify her. She is in great shape all original hair, clothes, shoes and socks et. Let me know if you know anything about this doll - or where I could find the information - I have searched!!
