Bleach Bottle Santa Patten

I am looking for a pattern for a Santa Clause face. You use 1/2 a bleach bottle, felt, and yarn. I make one years ago in a church group and now my daughter would like to make them with her children. Can anybody help me with this. Thank you Kelly
