Did anyone else reply to you yet? If not, my mom has the pattern book and I just made one the other day! I can try to get off my butt, scan the book and send it (it's only 4 pages total). Let me know if you still need it and if you email me, put "Plastic Canvas" in the subject line. It will go right to "Junk Mail" but hopefully I'll see it.
