silicon lightbulbs

I was wondering if anyone out there could give me some pointers on making silicon dipped lightbulbs. What are the best types of bulbs to use and what type of silicon is the best to use. I have tried and it just doesn't seem to come right. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated...thank you, Nik
