Hide and Seek Dolls @the Clothing for them

Hi I an beginner sewer. And looking for an easy beginner pattern for the hide and seek doll.
Also would like to make the clothing for them.
And I thought it would be fun to even be able
to change there clothes.
And keep up with the different seasons.
