snowman candy holder

In a copy of Annie's Attic I think the November/December 2006 issue there was a pattern for a snowman candy holder. I have misplaced my book and don't have the pattern. If anyone has it could they email me the pattern or tell me how to get another. I have called the company and they don't keep any back issues. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help. Thank you.
