w.germany doll possibly made by nuns

Ive seen a doll with male genitalia but looks female. it is believed to be from west germany with this code on the back of the neck, m.zapf. its plastic with movable parts , short blonde hair, it urinates. a female of this doll was found but we are unable to find any information about the male.
