I don't see a picture so I cannot judge the price but Germany and France were not the only countries that made quality and collectible antique dolls. There were a few companies in Japan (Nippon) that also made excellent quality dolls, such as Yamato Importing Co., and Morimura Brothers. They are of no lesser quality than the German or French dolls. In fact, I believe one of these companies imported the bodies from Germany. Absolutely consider adding them to your collection if you find them desirable. I have one of each myself.
