3 faced doll

I inherited a bisque 3 faced doll that looks as though it is stuffed with yarn? about 15 yrs ago from a family friend. I have never been able to find one exactly like her and due to the economic times, i am wanting to sell her but, not before i find out what shes worth.. i can post a picture if needed.. anyone have any ideas? ive gone to the antique mall and searched for hours in books coming up empty...
