broken porcelien face on antique doll

Could someone let me know a doll repair place or person in connecticut that can repair the broken face of a porcelien doll? She is from the 1800s or earlier and is one of two (set) my sister dropped the doll and mailed it to me to see if I could find someone to restore her face, I have all of the pieces she actually has a plaster cast under the porcelien face it seems to be very old and very well made.
