24" German Bisque

I have a 24" Blonde Bisque doll with the numbers 421, 12, Germany, Handwerck, and 4. It was my grandmother's. I believe that it is from the early 1900s. Does anyone know anything about this doll or how much it might be worth? I have searched for it online, but I haven't been able to find any other information on it.
