identifying doll by numbers 520/2

I found a tiny porcelian doll in my yard when I was buuilding an addition.It is about 3"-4" tall with a painted face and painted socks and shoes.It looks like it was once joined by metal pieces(the arms and legs are separated from the body,but it is complete)The head has a hole on top for hair(I am assuming).The back of the head and one leg is marked 520/2.I know nothing of dolls,but I was hoping someone may have some info.Thanks in advance!
