little doll

I just found a very small, what looks like porcelin, doll. It is a small girl, with bonet, hole thru the shoulders from where my guess is how the arms were attached. She also has 169, and what looks like a 4 under these numbers etched on her back. Just wondering what, who or any information on her, and what kind of doll she is?
