Repair/Part replacement help (Pamela Phillps, Caroline doll)

Found this doll at a thrift store and fell in love with her. Sadly though she is missing a finger, has a few scuffs on her face and her wig is in less than satisfactory shape.
And after discovering she is signed, I thought it might be worth it to get her back in shape.
So, I was just wondering if anybody had any advice about what i could do to fix her up. I've been trying to find a site to just order new parts for her, but my search has failed and I have little time to look much more.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
