Help identifying a doll

Hi, I would like some help in identifying a doll that I found at an estate sale. She has painted eyebrows & eye lashes w/open mouth, w/four teeth, blue eyes that open and shut. She has hinged arms and legs. Her body is made out of a canvas and stuffed w/sawdust. There are no markings, except markings on her chest 2 O PK/2 with a line underneath,then 100 under that. I would appreciate any information you could give me on her. Also she has two holes in the back of her neck. She probably cried at one time but it doesn't work.
