1997 reproduction Effanbee Patsy Joan Doll

I have a reproduction Effanbee Doll. The number V939 is next to the name on the box and the Certificate of Authenticity states:
*It is made from molds taken from the original 1946 composition Patsy Joan.
*Is cast in a specially formulated collector quality hard vinyl.
*The costume design based on a Patsy Joan dress of the same period.
The dress is not the sailor type but a Red Velvet or Velveteen dress with a small doll also dressed in a red dress of the same material.
If anyone has any information about this doll, I would greatly appreciate it. I have searched on the net and can not find anything on this doll.
