antique doll identification

Hi, I have a 36" antique German doll composition jointed body and bisque head. The only markings on her head are "Cuno Otto Dressel" and 15 1/2 at the rim on the back of her head, which I think is the size of the moldl. I cannot find any information about her. I'd like to know how old she is. It doesn't have "Germany" on it or a mold number. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
