Trixie Two-Face Doll

I have a Trixy Two Face Doll. One side has a black face with black hair and a blue dress and the other side has a white face with blond hair and red dress. A round tag hangs around the neck with the name and picture of the doll on one side and washing instructions on the other. This is not the traditional topsy-turvy doll, where you flip it; this doll is back to back. I cannot seem to find any information on this doll. Can anyone help?
