Old German doll Marked Germany M u l e l 21

I am trying to find out about an old doll I bought at an auction. The head appears to be bisque. On the back of the head is scripted "Germany" and under that appears to be M u l e l 2 1 in fancy lettering. The body is leather with porcelein or bisque hands. She had the orignal coat-it was black with black stockings. Does anyone have any information about this doll?
