I have a doll that was my mothers & she received it 50 years ago when she was 4 it is in great shape & we were just wondering what the value or history on these type of dolls its only marking on the doll is on the back of the neck bottom of head and its marked 1445w not sure if that would help if anyone has any info or could help me find anything out on this doll it would be appreciated thank you
