Vintage Doll

I have a vintage doll with no markings on her. Her dead is made out of a hard material as well as her arms from the elbows down and her legs from above the knees. The torso is cloth with a mechanism in it. She has hair on her head and she comes with a wig with braids. Her eyes close when you lay her down. She has beautiful eyelashes. She does have cracks and damage to her nose. I am just trying to find out what kind of doll she is so I can do some research. With no markings at all, it is hard to get started. Can you help.
