Help identifying antique doll

I have a 27" antique doll with a composite body and porcelain head. She has brown sleepy eyes that close, an open mouth with teeth, and her body has ball joints. She is wearing a white dress, pearls and bows in her hair. The only markings I can find is "Germany" with a "5" under it on her lower back. Any information would be appreciated.
