Hi there: Your doll is a reproduction made sometime within the past 25 years of a German doll from the early 20th century originally manufactured by the firm if Kammer and Reinhardt. Hobbyists and doll artists made these types of dolls in great quantity and their value depends on how skillfully they have been copied. Most now resell upwards to $150.00 depending on the size and quality.
My suggestion would be to check out antique reproductions on EBay and see if there is something comparable. This will give you a general idea of what the doll is being sold for.

Hope this helped.

: I have a doll which has the following markings on the back of her head
: 1916VERIONSEELLY?

: I would appreciate any information as to maker and valueThank you.
