Antique Italian Doll

I have a large 42" high paper mache doll with real human hair that my parents bought for me in Florence, Italy in 1954. If restrung she would walk when you take her hand, turn her head and blink her eyes. She needs restoration. Her original clothes have shredded. Does she have any value?
