info on Marian Yu Designs doll

Can anyone tell me about Marian Yu dolls? I have a doll marked MYD 234/2000. She is approx 12" tall with long brown hair. She has a hibisus type flower on her right shoulder with a flower skirt around her wait. I have picture I can send. Thank you.
