info on Emily Graham doll

Can anyone tell me about the doll maker Emily Graham? I have a doll that is marked Emily Graham 467/2000. I do not know the dolls name. She has beautiful big blue eyes, blond curly hair, wearing peach colored dress with a ring of flowers in her hair. She is approx 26" tall. I have pictures that I can send.
