8" German open mouth doll

I need help identifying this antique doll that belonged to my grandmother. It is 8" tall. It has a porcelain head with an open mouth with 6 visable teeth. It has brown glass eyes. It appeas to have a composition body that is strung together and has its original paint. Legs are painted with black knee socks and light brown/tan shoes. The back of her head says made in Germany with what appears to be crossed flags in an X pattern. It has No. to the left and 90 to the right of the X. It also has either a G or a C under the X.
