need help in where to start to identify an old doll

the doll has no hair has movealble arms and legs with like boots painted on. on the back of the head where looks like the hair was glued on the first work starts with and M and the second word looks like a G that it starts with. middle of head has 390 and then at bottom of neck looks like A 11 / SOMETHING . eyes are painted blue with mouth red with open little to see the teeth. any info on how to get started on how to identify would greatly be apreciated.
