need help identifying antique doll

I bought this doll about a year ago and I am stumped trying to find out her age or anything about her. She is not your usual German antique doll. Her face and body are a darker shade of composition, her fingers appear to be carved more than rounded and the whole hand is larger than the German dolls. The wrist is straight. The cheeks are rosy. The eyes are flirty, almost googly, eyebrows are thin, the neck tilts any way, the hair - wig is real hair and is pinned into the head. There are tiny holes in the feet and she is 19 1/2" tall. Does anyone have any idea where she might be from and her age? I have pictures and will email them to you if you email me. I can't see where to upload one. Thanks for any help you can offer.
