ANYONE RECOGNIZE VINYL DOLL HEAD MARKED WW?

I have a gorgeous Gotz doll, but the company has no idea of who made the head. The only clue is a pair of W's, nested one above the other on rhe back of her neck. Her angel-like outfit looks like it was made specifically for this doll, but also has a third-party label. . . Doll and dress label are both posted at http://s490.photobucket.com/albums/rr270/call_the_scribe . . . Would appreciate any leads offered.
