Your doll was produced by Cuno & Otto Dressel. Simon & Halbig made the heads for them. The 8" toddler doll is listed in Linda Edward's l0th Doll Values guide as ranging in price from:
$525 - $550. Be aware that this is "book" price and dolls generally bring 20 - 30% less than book altho there are always exceptions. Just depends on how badly someone wants this doll.
