Identify my doll please

I have a doll about 6 inches tall, auburn hair, big blue eyes that open and shut, hole in mouth, brown dress with polka dots, white shoes, on the back of the neck is a circle with a M inside. Can you please help me identify the maker if not the doll. Thank you.
