For what concerns the size of the whole doll, she would surely be considerably tall, I'd say 24" approximately.
For what concerns the value, well, it is difficult to say. A marriage, even if with correct parts, should not be valued the same way a complete (even damaged) doll is. The value sould just be the sum of what you're disposed to pay for the body + the head + the restoration + clothes, wig, & co.
