help identify a found doll

I found a 4 inch doll, the back is stamped 16 l, 10, Germany, b. She is wearing a bit of toile tied on with ribbon and a sprig of what appears to be lilly of the valley. She has painted hair and face. The arms are moveable and I believe it is all in bisque. Any info on this would be wonderful.
