Antique Doll Marked EIC Co Inc

I recently bought a doll from an antique dealer that claims the doll was made between 1890-1900. It has a cloth body and jointed arms and legs. The eyes open and close. The head has a mark on the back that says E I H CO INC. Can anyone tell me anything about this doll and can they recommend someone to restore it? It has chipping paint on the head, hands, and feet.
