two old dolls that I need info on

One of these dolls is a little porcelin boy. Wire holds the legs and arms so they move freely. It has a painted face, and pretty blue eyes. On the back of this doll is a number9775.He is about 4 1/2 inches long and in very good condition. Thats I know. My sister was a everything collector and she has passed away. These dolls were all wrapped up and marked save on them.
The other is a little girl with blonde hair with a blue bow in it. She has a wine mess dress on her with a scarf around her neck in blue. She has movable arms and legs,shes porcelin. She has white socks on trimmed in one line of blue. Little black glass shoes.She has a painted face,blue eyes,and is about 3 inches long,maybe 1 1/2 inch wide. She has a number 16 on her left and a 8 on her right in her back. There are other markings but I can't read them.
Can you help me on these two dolls.
