Identify Doll-Blonde Rubber Hair Wig

Have been unable to identify this doll. Made of thick rubber/vinyl? not jointed all solid. Hair is a glued on wig also rubber yellow in color. Painted facial features. Doll is 10-12 inches in height. No marks, except on back that looks like old marker written name amanda hard to tell. Help please!
