doll handmade in italy needs to be identified

Hi, I have a doll that has a paper tag on that says all handmade in Italy. it also has the word L'Arcobaleno on the tag. There are no other markings on the doll. she is very pretty and seems to be porcelin face hands and legs and feet. she is dressed in a beautiful pink dress. she is about 18in and has beautiful hair.
just want some info on this doll. if anyone heard of L'Arcobaleno when i tried to look it up all I can find is that it means rainbow in italian. It looks like on the tag that this would be the manufactures name.
any info? she is old.
