Identifying a doll

We recently found a doll in my great grandmother's attic. She is not in the best shape; but on the back of her head it looks like it says Made in germany 390; and then under that it appears to be an upside down V 5/0 X M
We were wondering any information about this doll. Please email me. Thanks
