8" Bisque head comp hands doll

This doll has been passed down and noone knows where it came from. 8" head to toe, bisque head marked germany with possibly 16 or 14 under that, comp hands, blue eyes that sleep and open, cloth body. Looks to be in orginal dress with a ribbon found one something like it called Grace Putnam at McMaster Harris Auction and dress fabric looks same a light gauze with green print.
If anyone knows how to identify I would appreciate it.
